Who is Hiya?
In 2015, Hiya set out to provide architecture, engineering and consultancy services, and to bring a different breath to the sector. Hiya has continued to progress and develop by offering its services to domestic and foreign corporate companies since the day it started its business life. It has completed its 5th year with its visionary future plans by benefiting from its past experiences in the work process to date. HIYA, which continues to improve itself with the corporate works carried out, has included sector-based technology solutions as well as information technology consultancy services as of 2020, and has brought together design, manufacturing and technology services under one roof in corporate projects. In all its projects, it provides good communication, correct schedule, clear manufacturing and follow-up reporting services during the application. It is aware that the construction site is a living space regardless of the job and that balances must be maintained, and continues its work knowing how valuable a communication feedback is. Hiya, which is intertwined with its team members in all departments such as manufacturing and management, has an understanding that prioritizes their safety and happiness, and directs its work with the awareness that the most important value of time is people and their happiness. Office Furniture: We use products from leading brands in the sector such as Nurus, Herman Miller and Bürotime in our projects; we also design and produce custom furniture in our own facilities using acrylic, melamine and wood veneer materials.
Electrical Infrastructure and Superstructureı: The office electrical infrastructure is designed and implemented in accordance with the specifications. Within the scope of structural cabling, data, telephone and internet infrastructures are also organized along with energy lines. CCTV, fire alarm, access control and automation cabling for weak current systems are planned completely. All cabling solutions are completed with on-site application and quality control processes.
Water and Mechanical Installations: In-office clean and waste water installations are designed and implemented with accurate area and zone calculations. Mechanical heating-cooling, air conditioning and ventilation systems are installed with energy efficiency and comfort as priorities. All systems are installed in accordance with standards and supported with periodic maintenance services.
Floor Applications: Specializing in raised floor systems for offices, we bring together aesthetics and functionality.We work with high quality standards in all processes, from floor screed and infrastructure preparation to the meticulous application of top coverings such as carpet, PVC or wood. Wall and Ceiling Applications: In office interior planning, we carry out room and section designs using quality materials such as plasterboard and boardex in partition walls and offset ceiling applications in necessary areas.We offer solutions that will increase the comfort and work efficiency of your employees by building special quiet rooms that provide sound insulation, if needed. In every application, we aim to optimize the functionality and acoustic performance of the space.

Design Services: 2D production drawings and 3D design studies are prepared for the products to be manufactured. These designs include both the products used in the office and the general layout plans, ensuring that projects are planned and implemented in a holistic manner.
Plaster, Paint and Insulation: In our office interior plaster and paint applications, we prioritize both aesthetics and durability. In the surface preparation phase, we use natural oil paste that provides high performance against cracks and surface deformations. In paint and primer applications, we prefer quality products such as Jotun, one of the leading brands in the sector. Thus, we obtain long-lasting, homogeneous and smooth surfaces on your office walls. Aluminum and Iron Manufacturing: We use iron or aluminum profiled glass in office partition systems; we bring together aesthetics and functionality with acoustic glass, switchable smart glass and self-adhesive smart film solutions.
